So good. Was afraid I didn’t blend meat mixture long enough bc I stopped blending when I saw the white coating, but it came out perfect. My Walmart didn’t have any ground lamb so I ground up a lamb leg steak in the food processor and it was just as good. Will probably try putting the slices in the air fryer to see if they will crisp up when I reheat it. Thanks for posting!
